All personal records acquired by DNAPrint® Genomics Inc. from its customers are considered confidential by the Company. Your personal information is collected to support your customer relationship with us (i.e. charge your credit card and maintain your information for DNA storage purposes).  All DNA analysis, including written reports and findings, belong to you and it is your decision how you use the information. Information about tests and customer’s personal information is only released after written authorization is provided to us by the customer. 

By placing an order with DNAPrint®, you signify that you freely and expressly consent to the collection and processing by DNAPrint® of any personal data you provide to us.

We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law or with legal process.
